We’re excited to announce that Eero Paunonen has joined Convion as our new Chief Commercial Officer (CCO).
This appointment reflects an important phase in our journey, built on years of hard work and proven results. We have world-leading, validated technology and are building a new production line to support scale-up. As the market moves toward commercially viable solutions that deliver real-world value, strengthening our commercial capabilities ensures we convert these achievements into sustained growth and greater global impact.
Eero brings over 25 years of experience in leadership roles across industrial services and clean energy technology. Most recently, he served as CEO of Q Power Oy, where he led the commercialization of groundbreaking methanation technology and delivered Finland’s first industrial-scale e-methane plant. Before that, Eero successfully scaled and turned around major business units at Empower Group.
His solid background in new energy technology and Power-to-X solutions, combined with deep expertise in building customer value, will help us accelerate growth and deliver industry-leading solutions to customers worldwide.
